CLASSES
We run a variety of classes every week. Whatever your level of fitness, strength or confidence, we have a class for you. There are no prerequisites for classes and all our training can be scaled up or down.

Classes

Parkour for Everybody
Saturdays, 12 noon (90 mins)
Meet at the Edward VII Monument, behind the Floral clock on St Kilda Rd.
$30 per personImprove your confidence and ability to play in your urban environment with Parkour for Everybody classes.
In these sessions, we’ll learn new skills, gain strength, stamina and flexibility, and have fun with new pals. We'll learn to vault over obstacles,climb up and down walls, land safely and effectively, and to add all your skills together to create ‘flow’.
Parkour for Everybody classes will also improve your strength and conditioning, helping you get stronger and avoid injury. Whatever your level of fitness, experience or confidence, these classes are for you. All our training can be scaled to your level.WHAT TO BRING:
No special requirements. Just wear comfy clothes you can move in, and bring a water bottle. Please complete a waiver before class.

Parkour For Kids and Families
Saturdays, 10:30 AM (60 mins)
Meet at the Edward VII Monument, behind the Floral clock on St Kilda Rd.
$25 per person (with discounts for booking as a group/ family. See add-ons at booking page)Learn how to run, jump, climb, roll and play! These classes use play-based learning to engage children, helping them to improve motor skills, problem-solving skills and physical literacy. Parents and carers are encouraged to join in too!
Please note, we know that activities for kids and especially as a family can get pricey. As such, the cost for this class starts at $25 per person, with any additional children/ young people on the same booking adding $10. We also want parents and guardians to join in - any grown-ups add $5 to the cost. Make sure to use the add-ons at the booking page (and only select ‘1’ in the Quantity box)WHAT TO BRING:

Parkour for Beginners

Trying parkour for the first time? Still early in your parkour journey and not confident yet? This course is for you!
Parkour for Beginners is designed to cover all the fundamentals. It will give you a solid understanding of parkour’s basics, helping you to confidently and safely continue your own training, either by yourself or with friends. Each session, we’ll explore a new location within jogging distance of the start point, to explore a range of training, terrain, and movement styles.WHAT TO BRING:
No special requirements. Just wear comfy clothes you can move in, and bring a water bottle. Please complete a waiver before class.
